Hello, and welcome to my website.

I am Marguerite Sacco Turner, Proprietor of Sacco Consulting.  I have run this consultancy for 12 years, and it has developed and evolved along the long and winding road that is Organisational Development, Change Management, and People Development.

My approach to OD is couched in the philosophies of process, pluralism, (the active seeking of understanding across lines of difference) and  phenomena ,(the ways in which we experience, and give meaning to our experiences).  

I work in collaboration with a creative, intelligent and experienced team of associates to bring awareness to the attitudes, beliefs and behaviours that affect the performance and wellbeing of the organisation and its people.  We create options that change compulsive reactions into chosen responses, and in so doing, we co-create a desired future for the organisation. 

We value the best of what is, in the organisation and envision and design what will be. We work with the interpersonal processes of dialogue, creativity and solution-finding.   Our process facilitates engagement in positive, life-giving dialogue, assisting the organisation to create what it desires for optimal productivity.  Our strength is in the use of the dialogic approach in the world of 'New OD', towards holistic and systemic OD practice.
