I am Marguerite Sacco, Proprietor of Sacco Consulting.  I hold a degree in Industrial Psychology and am a Certified Organisational Transactional Analyst, Assessor and Moderator. I have Specialist Certificates in Training Management (IPM), Strategic Management (UCT School of Business), Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching Skills (Coaching Development).  I have extensive experience in developing and leading programmes that inspire organisational change throughout all hierarchical levels. I am skilled in building diverse cross-functional teams and leading group sessions to facilitate meaningful exchange and learning processes. 

 

 

My Work brings awareness to the attitudes, and behaviours that affect the performance and wellbeing of the organisation.  I create options that change compulsive reactions into chosen responses, and in so doing, we co-create a desired future for the organisation. 

 

My Processes value the best of what is, in the organisation and envision and design what will be. I facilitate engagement in positive, life-giving dialogue, assisting the organisation to create what it desires for optimal productivity.  Our strength is in the use of the dialogic approach in the world of 'New OD', towards holistic and systemic 
OD practice.

 

My Approach to my work is couched in the philosophies of process, pluralism, (the active seeking of understanding across lines of difference) and  phenomena ,(the ways in which we experience, and give meaning to our experiences).
